Rena knows her muscles well, and knows the supporting muscles in order to get knots out of your body. Rena is always taking classes and looking for new ways to enhance her therapy. Rena listens to your needs and makes her best effort to make sure your needs are met. She leaves you feeling relaxed and knot free. As a massage therapist I don't let just any one give me a massage. She is excellent.

I have the best experience when using Rena, I always feel looser, relaxed and refreshed. She is always on time and professional. She knows her stuff and targets those points with the just right amount of pressure all while taking the right amount of time needed per area. Then sending you with stretching regimen to help you until your next session.👍👍 RNB's prices are worth the professionalism that is given. Once you try her you will be able to see the difference in most massage experiences.

Rena is amazing. She's very knowledgeable about the body and focuses on muscles that other therapist would probably ignore like the muscles in your forearm that affect hand movement and carpal tunnel. She can tell based on touch and advice what parts of the body needs more attention which is helpful for self care in between massages.
