Rena was my original therapist and she is great. She goes deep if you want her to and really worked out my knots twice a month. I started off with a Gold membership which is a steal for the price and getting two massages a month. Rena is very technical and always told me about stretches to do at home and ways to minimize muscle tension.

I've received many massages but only a few as good as Rena's. Being a Doctor of the musculoskeletal system, I'm very particular with who I let touch me and Rena is excellent. She used the right techniques combined with the perfect amount of pressure that made my experience with her not only pleasant but very effective as well. I highly recommend giving Rena a try!!

I loved that Rena was very personal and knowledgeable of what areas needed the most attention and the instructions she gave me on top to reduce tension and soreness in certain areas. I would definitely recommend her services to others.
